This easy Roasted Grape Tomatoes recipe is the perfect way to use up lots of small tomatoes ... or just a pint! It's ready fast, the recipe couldn't be simpler to make, and the end result is sooo tasty. Roasting brings out their tangy sweetness and gives the tomatoes a jammy texture that's absolutely irresistible.
