Quick and easy Mini Pizza made with premade pizza dough and your favorite pizza sauce. Customize the pizzas with your favorite toppings and cheese. I love to serve them with a simple tossed salad or minestrone soup.

Flour your work surface well. Using the palm of your hand and your fingers, shape and gently stretch the pizza dough into your desired-sized crust. With Pillsbury’s ready-made biscuit or pizza crust, it is best to stretch them into 5-6 inch circles. Place the crusts on a parchment-covered baking sheet with some space between them.

Spread about 1 heaping tablespoon of your favorite pizza sauce over the top. Then top with about half the cheese. Add your favorite toppings, the remainder of the cheese, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Bake for about 13-15 minutes in a preheated oven. Top with chopped fresh basil or Italian parsley.

Fun and easy Mini Pizzas made with ready-made pizza dough and customized to suit your individual taste.
