A FOOD whizz has taken to social media to share her simple but delicious breakfast recipe.

So if you’re a fan of eggs and want to make your mornings that bit more exciting, you’ll want to listen up. 

One food fan, known on TikTok as @stephcooksstuff, regularly shares her easy, air fryer recipes to the video sharing platform.

She has amassed an impressive 387.4k followers and 2.2million likes on the social media app, where she regularly shares her easy recipes, air fryer hacks and dinner ideas.

One of her most recent recipes has left people open-mouthed - her quick and easy air fryer omelette recipe.  

Air fryers are extremely popular at the minute, with many food fans scrambling to get their hands on one.

If you have been lucky enough to join the air fryer gang, this is definitely one worth trying and it’s safe to say, our mouths are now watering.

So if you’re a fan of eggs for breakfast and find getting them cooked to perfection a bit of a chore, you’ll want to take notes.

To make her omelette, Steph started off by cracking two eggs into a ceramic dish.

To this she added two tablespoons of milk and gave it a good whisk.

Following this, to this mixture you can add any toppings of your choice, but Steph added a handful of mushrooms, ham and spring onions.

She seasoned it with salt and pepper and mixed it together with a fork.

Steph then placed the dish in her air fryer tray and baked at 180 degrees celsius for 12 minutes.

The food whizz removed her breakfast dish from the air fryer and it’s safe to say, it looked delicious.

Steph’s clip has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up a whopping 513.2k views.

It has 9,297 likes, 88 comments and 1,288 shares.

TikTok users loved the omelette recipe and were eager to give it a try themselves, which many expressed in the comments. 

One person said: “Looks fantastic.”
