The air fryer trend does not seem to be slowing down
Many of us have been ditching our ovens for air fryers in a bid to save money during the energy crises. The trendy kitchen gadget cooks food much quicker, thus making it cheaper to run.
It is also a healthier way of cooking as it reduces the fat contained in food and the oil needed to cook dishes. Smart home appliance manufacturer Proscenic, with a history of making components for Panasonic, Hitachi, Zojirushi, and Philips, has released a new T31 air fryer oven and it's ideal for families.
Featuring a large 15L capacity, the device can cook from a single serving to a family meal for up to five people and is even able to roast a whole chicken using an in-built rotisserie. The T31 air fryer has 12 programmes to allow users to cook anything from chips, sausages and vegetables to cakes, fish and cookies.

In addition, there is also the option to use functions such as Preheat, Pre-select and Keep Warm for extra convenience. The air fryer features TurboAir technology, which is seven times more effective than normal air circulation technology. This allows the T31 to reduce 85% of fat contained in food as well as 90% of oil needed for cooking food.
The 1700W engine makes sure that food never burns when cooking and the 360° air circulation heats food evenly so that it is both tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. Designed to be easy to clean, the non-stick trays are dishwasher proof and the air fryer comes with plenty of accessories including a skewer, rotisserie basket, rotisserie tongs, drip pan, rotisserie fork and cooking tray.
